Agreement
By accessing PostToMarket or using our software, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
PostToMarket helps you manage vehicle inventory and assist with posting listings to Facebook Marketplace through a companion Chrome extension. We are not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc. You are responsible for complying with Facebook’s terms, commerce policies and applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Accounts
Access is provisioned by our team. You must keep credentials confidential, assign appropriate roles to staff, and notify us of unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to platform integrity.
Acceptable use
- Provide accurate vehicle information in listings.
- Do not attempt to bypass posting limits or rate controls.
- Do not reverse engineer, resell or misuse API keys.
- Do not upload unlawful content or infringe third-party rights.
Fees and plans
Pricing and plan limits are described at signup and in your admin panel. Package limits may be enforced automatically in the database. Failure to pay may result in pausing your account.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted posting, account approval by Facebook, or specific sales outcomes. Marketplace policies change; you remain responsible for how you use the tool.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostToMarket is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or account restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.
